H and I have been discussing storage issues in our kitchen for months. We hung additional cabinets in the dinette, but they weren't deep enough to hold big stuff, like the Crock Pot, platters and larger cake pans. It's something we think about from time to time, but it hasn't been a necessity.
I came home yesterday to two large pantry-style cabinets installed in our dinette. I'm stoked! They're deep, tall and can store a lot of our extra appliances that are living in the pantry right now. We measured and the new cabinets are 4x larger than the old.
It explained why H was incommunicado all afternoon - poor guy was building/creating cabinets.
