Any ideas? Im planning on taking him parasailing and I'm gonna give him a ps3..however for the friends activity at night...no clue
We are in the process of getting a house, but as you all know I'm sure, a shortsale home requires a lotttt of patience...so having a get together at home is out of the picture...ideas please

For DH's 30th, we went to Vegas! Buffett was performing over there (and hadn't stopped in FL for that tour) so we decided to make it a roadtrip to see concert and celebrate, and OMG did we have a blast!
If staying local is the way to go, then you can always rent a room at a bar and invite everyone there. Places I've been to celebrate bdays that areas were reserved: Mama Juana (Gables), and Gatsby's (Kendall). You can even make it a surprise for him. If you want to have a party and your house isn't an option, how about your parent's or inlaw's homes?
For my 30th (in Aug), I originally wanted to go skydiving, but doesn't look like I'll be doing that (hoping to be pg), but will still go next yr! LOL I would love to go on a trip someplace, maybe NY, Chicago, or Boston.

My DH's 30th is coming up (this summer) and I am planning a big 80's party (The hubs was born in 1980). I want to get some 80's movies/tv show posters on ebay and hang them outside the house, have everyone dress in 80's gear etc.
A good friend of mine threw her hubby a toga/kegger party for his 30th. It was awesome. Reminded us all of our highschool days. We all dressed in togas, played beer pong and she had kegs. Reminded us all of the old days!
hmm all great ideas...thanks...
i wont be doing a surprise party, I have already done a surprise bday party 2 years ago and a year ago i did a surprise graduation party..i am all surprised out lol I really like the idea of an 80s party...ahhh idk idk

I love this idea!!! MH is still two years shy of 30 but I'll have to try to rememebr this. LOL.
What a great idea. DH is also turning 30 this year. I want to throw him a birthday bash but we both have the same birthday so it would be a joint party
Omg, how crazy is it that you and your hubby share the same birthday! It's fate
