As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have the most fantastic news to share...
...and NO, I'm not pregnant. lol
My DH (FINALLY) got a job!!!
This has been in the works since Jan. 20th, so almost a whole month, but it was just so promising from the very beginning I felt that if I talked about it too much, that I'd jinx it. Obviously that theory worked 
So after 3 meetings w/ this company, he was officially offered the job yesterday. His start date is March 1st, which strangely enough will be exactly one year to the day he officially started unemployment. Crazy how some things work out, huh?
I just want to say THANK YOU to all of you for your thoughts and support throughout this time. I could not have made it through this rough patch without some of you girls specifically...you know who you are Knowing I could vent or complain or ask for T&P's whenever I wanted or needed to was so reassuring and helped keep me sane at times when I thought it couldn't possibly get worse. I will be forever be grateful.
To those that are dealing with it personally...have hope! Stay positive and lean on your friends and family. They are there for you...and we are here for you too. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes you have to squint to see it, but it's there, I promise you.

Congratulations to your DH! That is definitely fantastic news! I didn't even know that you were going through this, so I'm sorry about all my posts venting about our situation. Thanks for the perspective. Oddly enough I feel like DH being jobless has brought us closer together.
