What would you pay?
DH & I had a co-worker's 11 year old daughter check up on our kitties while we were out of town over the weekend. We were gone Thursday-Monday. They just live across the street, so it wasn't out of their way to come over once a day to feed them, and clean the litter boxes. I paid her $50... Do you think that's fair? I don't want to low ball the kid, but I also know that $50 is a lot of money to her. What do you think?

$50 is totally a small fortune for an 11 y.o.! I think $10-12 a day is fair, esp cause its right across the street!
