*digs out Russian/English dictionary*
We have new neighbors. They're (to the best of my knowledge) Russian. They have two small kids. The wife stays home with them all day.
They seem to think that the hallway is their personal playground. They run up and down the length of it, screaming and shouting. I never hear the mother, except when she pokes her head out the door and shouts at them to (I guess) come inside.
Next time I hear pounding footsteps, I'm opening my door and clothes-lining whoever's out there.

As a kid, did you ever put both of your hands and feet out and climb up the wall? (Inside your own house/apt. Not in a shared hallway.)
