Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My FIL's a pretty intelligent guy, but he can also be the most trusting, naive sap you'll ever meet.
Apparently when they were here, he left $200 AMERICAN CASH DOLLARS in the safe in his hotel room. When he went to retrieve it later, it was gone.
He told H this and of course H was like, "Uh, you never put anything in the room safe. Ever."
He was all, "Why for?"
H told him, "Because every single maid knows what the combination is! It's not like they change it every time the room is occupied."
He had no idea. And instead of going to the front desk and telling them about it, he just stewed and stewed. NOW he wants to do something about it, three weeks later and from 900 miles away. He's all pissed off because he thought for sure he'd just put it in his luggage and he'd find it when he got home. (Hell, we were speculating that LLB took it.)
I guess he called the hotel and they told him (surprise!) he was schit out of luck.
He was also pissed because they spent an entire DAY at a mall here (not THE Mall. A mall. Forget the Smithsonian - LLB NEEDED that Gilbert Arenas jersey) and now the little fvcker needs something returned.
