Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

for some reason it won't let me respond to the picture post below.
Anyway, those were taken in auto mode. I haven't really ventured out into manual yet. I watched the DVD on it last night and have a better idea of how to use it. I also plan to do an online tutorial (the 12 weeks to better pictures tutorial).
Thanks for the tips on the editing program! I REALLY want to get photoshop but can't afford it

Wow! Those pictures look great!! I totally hear ya on Photoshop...free edition works really well. I've used it for the food blog when I'm feeling ambitious.
Can't wait to see more pics though! I'm hoping to be able to buy one at the end of the year after my car is paid off!
