It's an amazing day!
First, we signed the contract on the new house this morning! It's official now! RN and I will be neighbors and we picked the same floor plan. 
We also picked all our upgrades and everything is just beautiful...I can't wait to see it all come together. Right now it's looking like we'll close at the end of June...so summer party in July/August!!
And - I can't believe I'm more excited over this - I received my CPA license in the mail today! I'm officially a licensed, practicing CPA now!
Now if we can just get an offer on the condo...someone came by for a 3rd look last night, but nothing yet.
