Question on no-shampoo and shampoo recs
I have been trying the no-shampoo thing (haven't used any for almost 2-weeks), but I also haven't been using any vinegar or anything also. I also have genetic psorisis on my scalp and it got better for about 4-5 days, but it's back again and itchy.
I was wondering if I should stick it out longer and see if the no-shampoo works and my scalp rebalances or if anyone had a reccomendation for non-coal-tar shampoos that work on psoriasis?
Oh, I have used Avalon Organics Tea-Tree scalp shampoo before and it has no effect, so I'm hoping there is something better out there if I do have to go back to a shampoo solution.

Re: Question on no-shampoo and shampoo recs
Thanks to some girls on this board, I have started adding some EOs to mine. I like minty ones and teal tree oil. It has helped a lot. I think someone else said she used honey as well. I need to try that.
