They tell you NOT to buy your deli meat from a supermarket deli counter. However, you're perfectly safe eating at a quiznos or similar deli shop because their meats are cut at a commercial facility offsite where the cutters are cleaned better.
I am a snob when it comes to deli meat anyway. I don't eat it very often at home, but every now and then I get a major yen for a turkey sandwich. I figure for as often as I eat it, I should be safe.
That choice is entirely up to you. Good luck!!!
