Low-Flow Shower Head - Opinions?
Hi ladies!
I post usually on D&R, but I'm butting in for a moment to ask your opinion. We new a new shower-head. Badly. We want to purchase a low-flow but we don't want to sacrifice water pressure. It would also be great to have the "turn off water" button for shaving or lathering or what-not. I read so many conflicting opinions/reviews online, I knew you ladies would be the ones to ask.
What showerhead do you have/recommend?
Re: Low-Flow Shower Head - Opinions?
I can't remember the specific brand we have, but we have tried several low flow shower heads and honestly I didn't notice a water pressure decline at all due to that.
We first had the one from a local water company that was sent a few years back and it worked nicely. Then we wanted one that had the telescoping head (I think that's what it's called) to make washing our dog easier.
Both were easy to install and no decline in water pressure.
I don't have the turn off button on ours though.
I have this one and LOVE LOVE LOVE it

It is reviewed (or one similar) on Juelle's blog.
We have this one - http://www.waterpik-store.com/detail/WAT+ECO-533
I like it and it even has a "water pause" feature so I can "pause" the water while keeping the same temperature while I shave my legs. It was easy to install and we've had no issues with it.
I've use low-flow shower heads as a fix for low water pressure. They always make it much better for me.
Ours is just a $10 cheapie from walmart. It's not pretty, but it saves some water.
We have this one too and I really like it!! I LOVE the pause button and use it all the time...we picked it up for pretty cheap at Fred Meyer!
