-big ol stack of books/magazines
-I've never been to the Poconos, but there has to be a cute downtown shopping area, right? Shopping!! And I see they have are a few outlet malls nearby.
-definitely hit up a spa...get a massage, your nails done 
-take a historic trolley tour

Why do you have to always be darn positive all the time?
I won't really be able to read since it would be pretty rude to coup myself up in my room. Me, MIL, and SIL will probably do a little shopping on Saturday afternoon while the non-pregos are all skiing. I'm really just not a cold weather person and a weekend in the mountains isn't my idea of fun. I'd much rather have a house down the shore for the weekend come May, so I'm probably complaining more than I should about this weekend.
