2. I would have liked to get an additional yoga class in but have been really into the olympics so gave a class up, would have liked more waves
3. made it through the uber challenging yoga class that i took, and got up early almost every morning this week to do something despite being tired and grumpy.

5. No real exercise plans other than walking all over ny as I will be home for the weekend
Happy Friday
1. What were your workouts this week? Did mad cardio Mon, Tues, Thurs and plan to do cardio tonight unless we go to happy hour. If that happens, I will do it tomorrow. I also did 2 nights of strength training as planned.
2. Anything you did not accomplish that you would have liked to accomplish? Still would have liked to go to my Yoga class on Monday night. They are building a new studio right by my house so chances are I won't go until that happens in mid March.
3. Anything great that you did accomplish? Just being back into the swing of things makes me feel very accomplished and that to me feels fantastic!
4 Miscellaneous comments-goals, long term short term, etc... Plan on weighing myself tomorrow so my hopes are that I have lost weight this time rather than nothing at all.
5. Exercise Plans for the weekend? Just Saturday cardio if I don't end up doing it tonight. Otherwise, just relax!

1. What were your workouts this week?
Three days of running -- soon to be four as soon as I head to the gym at lunch. I also lifted free weights two of those days.
2. Anything you did not accomplish that you would have liked to accomplish.
I'm actually pretty proud of myself this week. I did good.
3. Anything great that you did accomplish?
I started interval training on the treadmill again (alternating 3 minutes of jogging, then 2 minutes of running, then back to 3 minutes of jogging, etc). I feel like intervals really help me increase my stamina.
4 Miscellaneous comments-goals, long term short term, etc...
I'm up to running 3.5 miles without stopping. I'd like to run 5 miles without stopping -- I don't care how fast or slow -- by the end of this month.
5. Exercise Plans for the weekend?
12 ounce curls!
Yeah...I take weekends off.
1. What were your workouts this week?
Good timing, I just finished my lunch run - first time in awhile. Not much else as I've been trying to get my health back (had to wear glasses, had rest of root canal this week).
2. Anything you did not accomplish that you would have liked to accomplish
Just glad I got a run in after probably over a month of not running
3. Anything great that you did accomplish?
I went mountian biking with MH last weekend
4. Miscellaneous comments-goals, long term short term, etc...
5. Exercise Plans for the weekend?
Well, I'm a fool and signed up for this bike race/ride called Chilly Hilly here. If you can guess by the name, it's 35 fun filled miles in the cold with a lot of hills. MH is an avid biker, I'm a so-so biker (I got hit by a car a few years back, so I'm a nervous nelly on a road bike). So this weekend I'm doing 1 long bike ride (20 miles or so) before the race next weekend.
LOL! That a girl!

Oooh I love this! I definitely needs some motivation.
1. What were your workouts this week?
I ran at the indoor track once this week and walked my pup twice. Elyse loves the motion so it puts her right to sleep (she's in her car seat which fits into my bob).
2. Anything you did not accomplish that you would have liked to accomplish
I had planned to run three times this week, but that went out the window when little miss Elyse stopped STTN. So I only made it once, I walked the other two days though.
I also borrowed the P90x dvds from a friend, she told me they were intense. I kind of blew her off and thought "psssshh I can do it" UM NO! They do about eleventy billion push ups in the one I watched. It's a little too intense for me right now.
3. Anything great that you did accomplish?
I was so happy to start running again! I'm getting back into it by using the training intervals from a learn to run 5km clinic I had done. So this week I ran two minutes and walked to minutes.
4 Miscellaneous comments-goals, long term short term, etc...
I want to slowly start getting back into running. My goal is to be able to run with my old running group by May. I'm starting a stroller bootcamp at the indoor track in March.
5. Exercise Plans for the weekend?
I'm doing pilates on Saturday morning.
