Too bad it gives me the stinky poots.
But seriously, it's so yummy. I have some when I come home from work as my little snack before dinner. I'm contemplating buying a big container from Costco this weekend.

We had brats and sauerkraut for dinner this week. Well, I had sauerkraut. DH just watched me eat it with a look of disgust. He hates it.
We also had sweet and sour cabbage with dinner one night. I love cabbage.
shudder.
YOu realize it's lacto-fermented and EK probably should start making it, right? :-P
(my dad's is *almost* tolerable. Everyone else's sucks. The Mr. can't even stand eating if it's on the table, the smell so repulses him)
