Herb garden in apts
Hi there ... I'm a newbie to these boards!
I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions with starting an herb garden while living in an apartment. I have a balcony, which would be great if it wasn't winter. But I'm too tired of buying them at the grocery store to wait 2 more months.
Any suggestions on herbs that would grow well both indoors? Or where to start out with this? Thanks!

You can always start pots of herbs in a sunny window or on a patio (when it gets warmer).
