FU to Myrtle Beach Hotel Post
DH's friend insists that the Caravelle(sp?) is the only place she'd ever stay in Myrtle, and it's cheap, but get's mixed reviews on Expedia. Anyone have experience with it? She stays there every summer for an entire week.
Another suggestion someone gave was Camelot by the Sea. Anyone know about that place?

We went to look at rooms at Camelot by the Sea last time we were there. (It was rainy so we spent a day looking at other hotels for future trips.) We were not impressed at ALL by Camelot by the sea.
I have never been to the Caravelle, but the TripAdvisor site says the following:
