Computer Date/Time

I took my computer in to get a virus removed yesterday, and it came back displaying the time in the system tray in Military time.  How can I change it back?

Have you already tried right clicking on the time in the tool bar and playing with time/date settings? It's usually hidden in there, depending on what O/S you have.

I have Vista.  I can see where to change the time, but it doesn't give me the option to change the format of the time.  At least, not that I can see.

Go into your control panel > regional and language setting > then the time tab and change the display (should read HH:mm:ss or H:mm:ss now) to the little h format. That should do it for you.

Awesome.  Thanks Laddie.  I don't understand why that (as well as IE and my desktop background) should have changed when they removed the virus??

I have no idea why it changed either but at least it's fixed now.
