Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
DH has a ton of old CDs to get rid of (old computer disks, so it's not like they're music CDs we can donate) but I really don't want to throw them all away. Can CDs be recycled? If not, do you have any ideas for how to reuse them for something? I really can't think of anything. Thanks!
Re: Can you recycle CDs?
They can be repurposed, but I don't think they can be recycled. You can hang them in your garden so the reflection will scare away pesky animals.
Wait, scratch that...earth911 says that Best Buy takes them for recycling. No clue what they do with them, though.

I use them too - I set up a program at work and send boxes out to them. (They take any quantity though)
