older sales guy who works here... he buried his nephew Saturday. He had extremely aggressive cancer. he was only 40.

Bro's gf's bro (confusing I know) died at 42 of severe colon cancer. He didn't even get checked out until he was stage 3.
This guy went in 8 moths ago and they found early stomach cancer, then it was a growth on his pancreas, then his kidneys, then his intestines, then his thigh muscle was cancerous, they removed that, then the cancer moved into his bones, and finally just took him over.
I may be getting organs wrong, but it seems to have worked its way down his body.
