Sarah, I know how you feel, trust me!! I went through this in March.  It hurts and makes you sad but trust me you will find another house and it will make this one look like a bad idea.  Your house is out there.  I just know it.

that stinks, but hey everything happens for a reason...we didn't get the first house we really wanted.  Our came along months later and I wouldn't change where I live for the world.

Thanks ladies.  I appreciate the support.  I know we'll find something else but it's still disappointing.  While the house wasn't completely perfect it had great potential and the location could not have been much better in terms of our jobs.  Our realtor is going on vacation but when she gets back we are going to start actively looking again.  I just think we are going to have trouble because the only houses in the Nashua/Hudson area within our price range either need tons of work or are in crappy neighborhoods, meaning that we are probably going to have to look farther north but then that adds significantly to my commute and Evan would have to transfer stores, AGAIN.  He's currently at his 5th store in 8 years.  Ugh.
