I came across this idea & would like to make it for my BF's shower on Sat. that I'm the MOH for. But I'm having trouble coming up w/some cute ideas or advice to put on these. Anyone willing to help?? It's making cards w/pics of wedding stuff & doing like a "countdown to your wedding." You put on advice like, "don't forget to smile & laugh, even while getting ready." TIA

HTH!
I just went to a shower for a good friend of mine yesterday. One idea I really loved was the MOH secretly had the groom come over to her place. She asked him questions and taped his answers. So we played the video and right before he answered we hit pause and made the Bride answer. For every wrong answer she had to put a piece of gum in her mouth. It was so cute and the bride loved having her fiance involved.
For a gift I made her a honeymoon survival kit. I got a cute basket and filled it with massage oils, candles, and some little play toys for the honeymoon to make her blush! and lingerie! Also since her honeymoon is a cruise, I got a her a towel with her new name on it. Some tanning oil, sunblock, and aloe vera.
One of my favorite gifts at my shower was a bath robe with my new name as a Mrs on it! She loved her towel!
Thanks ladies...gator that'll help. That's pretty much what I was looking for.
Mrssmiley09-thanks for the ideas...i thought about doing the survival kit, but they're not sure yet where they're going. Plus the shower's this Sat., so I'm running out of time. We actually played the bubblegum game at my shower. It wasn't as easy as you'd think, but it was fun. I'll have to keep the towel & robe ideas in my head though for another time.
