what is the difference between making cake balls and making buckeyes? both involve a lot of touching. a lot.
also, do you never go to restaurants? there's a lot of food touching there. a lot. A Lot. A LOT.

I do not touch the buckeyes either. I wear gloves Other people (like my mom) touch them, but I'm oddly okay with that. I just don't like touching them.
Also...cake balls are...wet. ick.
And I like do go to restuarants and force myself not to think about the touching. I've explained this before, but my reasoning is that there is *someone* looking in at restaurants to make sure everything is sanitary (even though I know that's often not the case, it reassures me)
buckeys are wet, too.
btw, why do you press the mixture between plates? it sounds like it can just be rolled out, like some bizarre dough. or you can use gloves to roll them.

due to this moistness discussion, i am now thoroughly turned off by both cake balls and buckeyes.
