The bank approved our offer!!!
We have inspection on Wednesday and close March 25!!!
The bank took almost a week to get back to us after asking if we still wanted the house. Our REA called us today and was so excited for us! She was screaming "YOU GOT IT! YOU GOT IT!"
DH is over the moon, I am freaking out about all of the work that needs to be done. It is s exciting! Thank you to everyone who let be b*tch and moan about getting a house these last few months!

Thanks ladies! We actually thought we were waiving an inspection due to t being a foreclosure. In the sellers agreement we signed today it actually encourages us to get an inspection, and we will have 14 days to back out after inspection!
Unless the foundation is bad, we are going to get it anyway. We already know we are looking at about 30k to fix it up.
