My sister is a teacher in the Mississippi Delta for Teach for America and is trying to earn the prize of $250,000 from the Pepsi Refresh Project.

They are now in 3rd place - so let's hope they win to get more teachers out to impoverished communities!!!
The money they earn will help hire new teachers, train and better equip current teachers, and expand into more areas that aren't currently being helped.
