Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Not yet. (I have the general impression that my REA is not an early riser.)
I expect to hear something by 10-11 Pacific. Here's hoping.
UPDATE:
Just found out that the house was changed to pending because "they got enough offers already" and that the selling agent thinks our offer is "very good" and submitted it to the asset manager at the bank.
Not sure when we'll hear the verdict. light a candle for my house!
