Please help me get this dog adopted!
My neighbor found a dog and she is *so* freaking adorable. She's a pomeranian. Here's the backstory:
He is a handyman and goes to one specific junkyard a lot. He went about a month ago and there was a pomeranian in a cage who looked absolutely awful. He asked the owner about it. The owner told him that her son had gotten the dog for his girlfriend as a gift. The son went to jail and the girlfriend refused to take care of the dog for whatever reason (beeeyotch). The lady that owned the junkyard was just keeping the dog in the cage there and feeding her. It was freaking freezing that day... I think it was a little before one of our snow days.
My neighbor asked if he could take her home and the lady said "yeah, sure..." so he took the dog. Right now, he's calling her "Junkie" because he found her in a junkyard... I call her Cupcake :P. He and his daughter have been caring for her... but his daughter has been having severe allergic reactions ever since they brought her home and they need to find her a foster family or someone to adopt the dog soon because the allergies are getting worse.
Is anyone here looking to adopt a nice dog or does anyone know someone who may be interested in her?

She's VERY sweet and she looooooves people. She was pretty much starved for attention so she soaks up every bit of it she can get.

He says she is "almost" trained. She pees outside and on the pad when it's raining out (I don't think she likes the rain). He's been trying to get her to poop outside but he says she's having a pretty rough time with it. He's not sure how old she is.

. They've been trying to get her adopted for a while now... they don't want to put her on Craig's List because of the possibility of Cupcake going to someone with weird intentions, and they don't want to give her to the humane society on the off-chance that she doesn't get adopted. They want to give her to someone they feel they can trust. Since we are pretty close to them, and I trust most of you and your judgements, I thought I'd try on here

I know she is *almost* up to date with her shots... I think she has one left, not sure exactly which shot it is. She is not fixed. I did mention that and they said that when they bring her in for her last shot, they will get a quote to fix her.
Unfortunately, they're having to do all of the vet procedures gradually because their income is very low at the moment.
