Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Putting in first offer...going nuts!
I'm waiting for the agent to call me back...we're trying to put in our first offer, on our first home. I want to nest and get ready for the baby so badly it almost hurts...so being patient is very, very, very hard for me right now 
Sigh...we're planning to offer 10% less then their asking (which was admittedly higher). Hoping they don't just outright reject us. We'll see... aaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!

Putting an offer in on a house is scarier than picking up your marriage license!!!!
