Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So many weddings!
I swear everyone decided to get married at the same time lol
i just realized I better start saving some money away... I have 3 bridal showers coming up and 3 weddings 8/21/2010, 9/5/2010, 10/10/2010 and 3 TBD weddings to attend! aahhhhh oh and not to mention 3 of those weddings are for family members so theres no way of getting out of them! And there might be one in FL in Oct. for Dh's BFF where he'll be Best Man!

I feel ya! Im in bff's wedding 8/21, I am driving to birmingham for one 6/12, another one in town like 9/25, oh, Im going with paul to one 5/15 I think...geeez louise!

We have bunch of weddings too and they're all out of town.
Sunday 6/20 in Maine (DH is a GM) and then Friday 6/25 in Ohio (I'm a BM). Our poor pup is going to go crazy being boarded 2 weekends in a row.
I'm also a BM in a wedding on 1/1/11 in BUFFALO. Who in their right mind plans to have a winter wedding in upstate NY? She's having her bachelorette the weds before the wedding in hopes that if we plan to get there on Weds we'll at least make it by Saturday if there's bad weather. I'm not thrilled about havign to take 3 days of vacation for a Saturday night wedding but whatever.
So not to mention all the engagement parties, showers, and bachelor/bachelorette parties we also have a bunch of friends that just had or will soon have babies. Out of DH's group of college friends 2 just had babies within the last month and 2 are pregnant, We have a pool going for when the remaining 3 of us are going to get knocked up.
Umm... what's wrong with Upstate NY, city slicker? Haha j/k.
We went through a big wedding period a few years ago- we only have one coming up that I know of- I think (?) in July...? Another one that was supposed to be in April got moved to Vegas! So we won't be able to attend... oh well. One less dress to buy! Haha
Three of my cousins are of marrying age now though, and have been in LTRs for a few years... just a matter of time!
