Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have had my IPOD classic for five years and now it is doing something weird. It shows as being fully charged, but if I change my playlist or a song it just shuts off and won't come back on. Does this mean my IPOD has died or is on the way out? Should I just get a new one? Or is it a battery issue? Their technical support folks will only answer questions if you pay for it. Do they just go out after a few years?
