Cleaning Lady?

Hi Ladies, I know this has been the topic of discussion lately! My friend recommended a lady that cleans her house, which I'm pretty excited about.  So for those of you that use or have used someone, what is the average cost? Thanks!

Mine charges $80.00 for cleaning a 3/2 home and laundry.

$70/visit - 3/2.5, only washes sheets and towels used for cleaning.  It is only Dh and I, and she comes every 3 wks, but recently asked her to squeeze us in to her biwly routine

She initially wanted $80, but told her we could only afford $70.  She's been w/ us for about 3 yrs... I think it is time for a raise!

$65 for a 3/2.5 every 2 weeks. I don't have her do the laundry but she will do it for the same price. She does ok but she takes forever. I am going to start using my moms lady who charges $10 an hour and it takes her like 4.5 to get it done. My friend lives in the same size townhome as us an she pays $100 every 2 weeks with the company Tailor Maid. They do her laundry too.

My lady charges $80 for a 3/2 plus laundry.  She will also occasionally clean our outside patio as needed.

I think I am paying a little high, but so far she is deep cleaning every time she is here so I am okay with it.  Plus, I trust her to have keys to my house and come and go without us there, which I really value. 

Anyway, we pay $60 for a 1/1, but she does the refrigerator every time and also folds all of our laundry (I wash it).  Those last two tasks are what I am paying a bit extra for (I believe she would have charged me $50 otherwise).

We have a 4/3 and she told me $80 so sounds about right. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't over paying. Thanks for your help!

Oh and Michi- yes...super important that you can trust her! Luckily the lady recommended to me has cleaned our friends house and her families for years!
