Who does your taxes?
We have to file by mail because of the tax credit, and I want to have them done because I want to make sure we dont miss anything. I have always used turbo tax, so I have no idea who to go with. I dont want to use a big chain like H&R Block though... Thoughts?

I am very much a DIY in almost every aspect of our life but I don't do my own taxes anymore. We started using a local CPA when we had some more complicated than average tax forms to fill out and I was skeptical at first. I even did out taxes using TurboTax without filing them to compare with what they come up with and I was blown away with how much more of a return they were able to get us! We just got our taxes back (with a 1 week turn around) and we're getting $14K back this year!! (mostly because of our geothermal heat pump and our energy saving renovations)
Anyway, I don't know where you are in Madison but here's the guy we know and trust:
