Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just a vent b/c I'm mad at MH
J and I work for the same company (different departments), so we carpool most days. I've been trying to call him since 1:15 to leave for lunch (an hour ago).
At 1:30 he hadn't called me back, so I walked to his desk. He was nowhere to be found! I alread ate my snack (apple) at 10:30 so now I'm food-less and starving! I refuse to eat anything out of the vending machine.
Apparently he was asked to leave the building for something, because about 10 minutes ago, he called me from his cell phone. I answered with a nice, bright "Hi!" even though I was kind of irritated that he hadn't told me he was leaving (we always tell each other about that stuff). Without even a hello he just bursts out "I need so-and-so's cell phone number". Umm, what? He didn't even tell me where he was, or when he'd be back.
I was so mad, I read him the number and hung up without saying goodbye. I know it's passive-agressive, and I feel guilty about that... but not too much, because he knows how cranky I get when I'm hungry. FEED ME!

LOL I am NOT a nice person when I don't get fed - so I feel your pain!
I would have been irritable too. No food + un-thinking husband (of course I'd have told mine he was inconsiderate) = very grouchy Amy.
I'm with Sarah - if we lived close to one another I'd have come picked you up and taken you to lunch!
