So I'm sitting at work (verrrrrrry bored), with a splitting head ache, and I have about a hundred things to do this weekend - like every other weekend. Whats everyone up to this weekend?

Sunday: Going to a fab baby shower at the Fire Sky resort!
Well I haven't made my official to-do list, but I know some of the main highlights will be:
1) Clean out garage
2) Paint closet doors
3) Glaze/top coat the venetian plaster accent wall I did last weekend
4) Mucho, mucho homework (specifically two chapters in accounting and calculus)
5) Oh! Almost forgot, also going to a granite warehouse to pick out our counter-tops.
6) And, of course, coffee date
In between all that, I'll probably end up cleaning and vaccuuming like four times, b/c construction zones just never seem to come clean

i was supposed to the outlets with Shannon today but Will had a rough night so that got called off. We went to the doctor instead and he has a sinus infection.. yuck. Chad (My oldest) is going to a sleepover tonight so it is just Will and I.
Tomorrow, Carl will be home from Dallas. Not doing anything big other then going to dinner at TGI Fridays. Sunday, he is fixing one of the trucks and then we are going car shopping... woohooo!
Oh poor guy! Hopefully it'll pass soon!

Tonight we are going to go see my parents, i bought my dad some Girl Socut Cookies and he is kind of sad i hadn't brought them over yet
Then tomorrow we are dropping CJ work truck off at his dad since today was his last day 
and the my friends son turned 6 today so his party is tomorrow afternoon and Sunday we will just be relaxing/cleaning/groveryshopping since CJ starts his new job on monday! Can i get a WOOT WOOT for his new job! lol jus kidding!
No plans for tonight- I was supposed to have a client meeting at 6, but they rescheduled (bummed I'm not getting the deal tonight, but glad to start my weekend a little sooner!).
Tomorrow night we're meeting friends at another friend's restaurant on Mill for dinner, then taking the Light Rail downtown to see the "Gravity Slashers" aka freestyle motorcross (is it a sign that I'm getting old when I find the made up names really stupid?). I'm also a dork for being excited to ride the light rail- we've never been on it before and I think it looks really cool.
Nothing planned on Sunday. Sometimes during the weekend I'd like to do some yard work, clean the inside of all of the windows, vacuum and just relax!

I actually have a 3 day weekend this week! I love those! Today I cleaned the house, took Macy (our dog) to the groomer, and we might go out tonight. Tomorrow I'm meeting up with my best friend who is in town for lunch and Sunday we're going to my parents house for dinner.
Small vent: I am so tired of my friends blowing me off! It seems like people will agree to do something and then back out last minute, or just never return my calls. I only have every other weekend off work, so I like to see my friends (who work the usual M-F) when I have those weekends. But it seems like they only plan things weekends I work, and then when I try to make plans with them when I'm off, I get blown off. Maybe I just need new friends?!

I'm jealous you have a three day weekend! Now that its tax season, I won't have any holidays until April 16. Where are you going out to tonight? DH and I are heading to Indian Bend for some errands and dinner.

Today I went grocery shopping- I'm so enjoying my FMLA leave... I got to take my time and visit multiple grocery stores to get the items I wanted without feeling rushed or that I was giving up what "little" free time I had. Tonight I'm probably just going to keep doing laundry and cleaning- now that I'm mobile, I need to pick up what has been neglected around the house when I was to drugged out to care- HA!
Tomorrow we're doing the American Heart Association Heart Walk (well I may be walking, may be "rolling" my PT didn't exactly give me the okay to walk the whole 5k yet). After that Sharon and I are taking her sister (my cousin) out for her birthday
Sunday- I hope to just relax with the dog and DH.
I went through this a few years ago- it totally sucked. I had every weekend off, but I traveled a ton for work, so having a weekend where I actually got in before like Midnight on a Friday night and wasn't all jet legged on Saturday meant I wanted to go out- and hated when people would flake.
My solution, was to get new friends =( I hope that's not what yours comes too.

No, I'm in sales, I sell payroll, HR and time keeping services to local businesses.
We are probably going to just stay up in Cave Creek, there are a lot of cute local bars and restaurants that have bands playing and such.

And to you my friend, get new friends! I have zero friends (besides my SO's coworkers wives) at the moment, but I know that if even they blew me off I'd be po'd! You should try to make it to the get togethers from the meetup.com group we have!!
Yeah, it doesn't help that these friends are at a way different place in life than I am right now. They're single and some even still live with their parents. I'm over the club-going scene while they're at the peak of it, so maybe it just comes down to I don't want to do what they want to do. Oh well, such is life I guess!

Slinging Invites ='s I do it all at Debs! Just depends on the day. We do do custom invites so if there is an order ready to be put together I will do that. I am also an invite consultant so whenever new brides come in I help them find the perfect invites! We also do other types of invites like bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties....whatev. I love it its a ton of fun! I dont need to have a 2nd job but I do because I love working and doing that type of stuff
