...my manager said-Do you know who put those cookies in the break room?
(I fessed up-she couldn't believe it was me that did it since I 'claim' healthy eating... ha!)
oh, and thanks... stress may be 'altered'.. I swear, I should vent it a bit more. I may just do that.
Re: Cassie...
What is wrong with people? WHY QUESTION FREE FOOD?!
I hope the stress gets better soon. It sounds like work has been kind of crazy for you lately.
all in all it may just work out... and it wasn't really work stress...
We are going on a cruise (with my mom, sis, and BIL)and found out the kids' 5th grade graduation is that week. Ex gave Dh heck for it so much that he was going to fly back from one of the trip's ports just to attend this 2-3 hr thing. He told her she wasn't being fair cause my fam is his fam, too, now-but never mentioned it was a cruise...
So, sis and BIL are seeing if they can change work schedules so we can change the trip to a week later---can you believe it?... There is room on the next week's trip-fortunately... I'm just ticked that we had to go through all of this. DH is checking with the kids to see if this is really important to them or what...
on an interesting note, Ex did ask why they have yet to meet my mom at any of the kids' functions... um, cause you're scary and Mom is nice...?
I swear, I don't even want to look at her (ex) the next time I see her-which could be tomorrow at church. I'll prob just nod my head...
Thanks for the support! (DH told my sis she could shave AC/DC in his head for making these changes-she works 2 jobs...)
Um. 5th grade graduation? Really? Unless they're graduating to junior high, this seems totally random. My dad worked a lot when I was growing up so he missed some of these ceremonies. I never held it against him because frankly, they were pretty silly and boring anyway! Ex is being ridiculous. The world does not revolve around her.
