Just a couple of questions. Is anyone using this? How do I delete a guest list? Maybe it's an error but the little ticker spins when I click delete but nothing happens. Also, after I've input the name that should be printed on the outer envelope how can I change it? I'm clicking edit but it's only letting me edit individual guest info.

I don't use it anymore but several of my girls don't like the new style.  One reason stated was the not being able to see the totals.

A bunch of girls on Invites have had issues with it as well.  I've not messed with it, personally, but I've not gotten any good feedback yet.

Here are some answers to your questions:

 

1.    How do I delete a guest list?
When you click on the ?trash can? icon at the upper right corner, the guest list should display a ?This will remove all invitations, responses, and gifts for this list! Are you sure?? message in a popup box. The delete happens after you select ?Yes.? If that is not happening, it might be a browser issue. If you aren?t seeing the prompt, then you may have difficulties seeing some of the overlay windows on the tool.

There are two ways: From the tool?s main page, click on the party name whose envelope info you want to change. When the new window opens, click on ?Invitations? tab at the top, and then click on Edit. This will let you edit the name field that appears for the envelope.
The other way is to go to the ?Invitations? page first, and then click on the party name whose envelope info you want to change. Clicking on edit will let you edit the envelope info.

3.    Also, are there no more totals on here?
We do still display total counts of acceptances, invitations, etc. In fact, we display them in two different places: Responses and Print. The Responses tab within a guest list mimics the old Guest List's List/RSVP view. At the bottom, just like in the old one, are the totals for invitations, accepted, and A/B. Clicking on Print/Export link from anywhere on the tool will take you to the summary pages with all the possible counts.

I wish there was a delete all function-or something where I can mass update the list and it won't import duplicates. I accidentally uploaded twice and it is taking FOREVER to delete all the duplicates.

I can't seem to print my list from the new guest list manager. I try to export but it won't do anything.

Any ideas?
