Hi ladies
I know many of you are on WW and since I'm back on, I'm trying to collect go to recipes so I can plan ahead my meals and not fall off the wagon (like I did last week!). I was GREAT this weekend and am actually already down 2 lbs for the week. We'll see if it stays that weigh for my Friday weigh in.
Anyway, I'd love some recs on meals that are easy, yummy and no more than 7-8 points per serving. TIA for sharing!
Re: Weight Watchers Recipes?
I think this was mentioned a few posts back but definitely worth repeating: http://www.skinnytaste.com has WW recipes for everything; it's awesome! I also have a WW slow cooker recipe book. It's back at my apartment but if you want some 7-8 point crock-pot recipes, I'd be happy to PM them over to you!
And congrats on the 2 pound loss!
Thanks Laina! These recipes are great. I'll definitely be taking some of them for the week. Love the spinach lasagna.
I love the baked mac and cheese http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=67681
And for breakfast, I love the banana oat bread http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=50653
I hope that you like them, too!
