As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

One of those days...
Jackson is just completely inconsolible today! I have tried everything, but he is just whaling! He will stop for 5 seconds when I show him something new or change the activity(ie, sit up, start walking him, show him toys...) but then it's as if nothing interests him and he starts in again! I feel so at a loss for words, I just don't know what to do! It's not a fever, I just feel like he is just bored beyond belief with me :-( Like he can't stand seeing my face day in and day out, anyone else feel this way? Please send some "take a nap Jackson" or "happy baby" dust! Something has to work, b/c I am fresh outta ideas!

Oh I swear to God Austin cannot stand my face on a daily basis...I sit him in the corner of the couch, he cries, I hold him, he fusses....put him in the swing he cries....I try playing with a toy with him, he cries....take him out of the bath - cries....
He just "napped" for about 20 minutes, and is up in his crib crying now, because I know he is tired....
I hope your day gets better!!!
Oh at the moms group I used to go to, the woman who runs the group, says "when all else fails, open the fridge door and let them look inside"
Give that a try....
Oh Crissy, those days are so frustrating! Can you guys take a walk? A trip to Target or the mall? Maybe just getting out of the house & having a change of scenery will help both of you. I know it has always done wonders for Owen, even on his fussiest days.
