As I sit here staring out my window at the snow coming down, I wonder...
What is your favorite way to spend a day snowed in?

So excited to meet Amelia Catherine!
So jealous, and it's not even sticking!
First I think, if school gets out, work should get out!! All the people here are freaking bc their kids are getting out. I want to go home too =/.
When it snows, I love going out and walking in it with DH and playing around -- making a snowman and angels and whatnot. Then I love to go in the house, bundle up with a hot cocoa and snuggle DH while watching tv/movies.
I am baffled by snow down here. My office closed at noon today because the Greenville schools were closing. I'm not complaining...today's my birthday and I'd rather spend it home than in the office!
When we were in Boston and got lots of snow, we loved taking our dog Whitman (we didn't have Alton at the time) to a nearby playground. He LOVES snow and we'd have so much fun. While I don't miss piles and piles of snow, I do miss watching Whitman go nuts and chasing him in the snow!
You and me both. I remember we had a couple of feet of feet of snow up in NY and I called my office to see if they were still open (hence should I come in) and they were like "Of course we are, why wouldn't we be?" Here it's like "OMG! A flake! Quick shut everything down". LOL.
Well before DS was born, I'd say sleeping in and watching tv. No cuddling, I am so not a cuddler. We watch tv on opposite ends of the couch. Sometimes opposite ends of the house-LOL.
Okay now that DS is here, it would probably be same thing we do at home when we aren't snowed in, play with his toys, chase after him and pray he takes a nice long nap so I can have some peace and quiet and catch my breath.
Happy Birthday!
The reason why snow is a big deal is basically because we're not equipped to handle it like people are up north. So, to be safe, we stay home!
