BU: Cornbread Chili and a couple pics from Gatlinburg
I've been trying to get this posted since Sunday night but have had zero time but finally finished it. If anyone is within a few hours of Gatlinburg, it was a really fun place to go with a bunch of friends. Our cabin was really nice (when we got there at least) and although there isnt a lot to do in town (its pretty much go-carts, mini golf, touristy crap) its a fun place to go for a low-key weekend trip and pretty cheap. The only bad part was the traffic getting in and out.
As for the recipes -- the chili turned out fantastic. I was worried since I've never made it on such a large scale before and the chorizo was a new addition.
