So where do I get a St. Joseph Statue around here?
I've seen a few online but for some reason it just seems wrong to order the Eco-Joe or the 'How to Sell Your House With Joe' book and statue.
Are there any places in SJ?
Does anyone have one I can borrow?
I wonder if St. Joe's gift shop would have them....
Re: So where do I get a St. Joseph Statue around here?
There's one in Cherry Hill: http://www.stjudeshop.com/
Also, there's another Catholic shop/store in the shopping center near the Wash. Twp. PJ's.
yes, and please tell us if it works! i will invest some money for a statue that will sell my house!
In Catholicism, St. Joseph is the Patron Saint of the Household and Family. Over the years, he's been associated with Real Estate and selling homes. If you bury a statue in your yard, and say the prayer, your house will sell.
This is all a matter of belief and faith. You can believe it or not, but I know countless people who SWEAR by the success of this.
Thanks for the info
I may go over there Friday.
I know that my MIL has one, but she's going to sell her house soon so I doubt she'll give it up.
That would be totally awesome if it worked.
I have my real estate license and one of my clients did it when she was havign trouble selling. My mom also did it. Both of them sold shortly after doing it but there are specifics to follow. I can find out from mom but i think he has to be burried upside down on the north side of the house. If your gonna do it do it right. I also think you need to dig it up once you sell. I'll let you know details.
I'm also Catholic and know a lot of people who swear buy it....I thought there was a religious store in Deptford mall but it might not be there anymore....other then that there is the one near Pj's.
Good Luck!!! I hope it works for you
