The baked falafel got mixed reviews. I thought they needed to be jazzed up a bit more, even with the extra garlic and red pepper I added. MH actually liked them though, even though prior to yesterday he always claimed to hate garbanzo beans. The yogurt dip was really yummy!
Here's the recipe. I needed to add more bread crumbs (almost double the amount) to get the right consistency. Then I used an ice cream scooper to get it onto the cookie sheet and flattened them slightly. For the dip, I doubled the amount of yogurt and lemon juice, so that we wouldn't fight over it. I didn't make the pitas.
