Regarding the Poll
It is crazy how many of you ladies have been with your DH for more than five before you married him. 
I thought I was the only one who dated my husband for a verrrrryyy long time. HaHa. People use to always give us a hard time about dating for as long as we did and not being married. LOL Now I can say there are a ton of girls who date their man for a long time.

I refused to get married until after I graduated college. IMO, right out of HS, and during college isn't the best time to get married due to age, stability, etc. We got married 1 month after I graduated college. Even that only put us at 22 and 24, which is still young.
I also had the same feelings, that i was the only one. We dated for 9 years before getting married.

Although we decided to take a break to make sure what we wanted and it only lasted a year.
Now a days I see some girls wanting to get married after a few months of dating. I always believed in moving in first before getting married and we took our time.

Yeap, I was a senior and he was a freshmen in college
. We probably would have gotten married sooner actually, but we weren't ready career-wise. We definitely got a lot of crap for waiting so long!
