Crazy week already and it's only Wednesday!
So Monday night my two friends, who one I haven't seen in over 4 years and the other I saw a little over a year ago, were driving through AZ to get to Texas. Well they broke down about an hour and a half away from my house. So they got a tow to Scottsdale, I picked them up at 12:30 (night), got home at 1:30, went to bed at 3:30. Got up with the baby at 4:30.
Tuesday morning I had to go to AHCCS to turn in some documentation. Came home, dropped them off at the tow place, which was really sad!!!!
That afternoon I found out that I could apply for nursing school in May, and will most likely get in Jan of 2012!! So excited!
Then today, I found my biological father online. Found his picture, address and phone number.
Crazy week!!!

I did A LOT of online research. Finally found him on classmates.com. I could have gone directly to the Navy VA, but it would have taken forever. So I researched for days and days.
Tay--I didn't! Found out that Scottsdale police don't do them on certain days. I might tonight, or tomorrow night, or Saturday! I SWEAR!!!!
I had no idea you were even looking for him/that he wasn't actively in your life. How are you feeling now that you found him? Are you going to contact him?
Little missy, you best get your prints done. We need to get you into the nursing program stat!

He left when I was 3. Never even seen a picture of him! I'm just confused on what to do now. I have his phone number and address; just have to pick with one I wanna use!
They will be done! I can apply in May, and I'll be in Jan of 2012! So I'm excited!

Sweet girl, they're calling for showers all day on Sunday, you might want to postpone. Either way, I don't know what this weekend has in store for us, I have a feeling I will be buried under a mound of books and HW.

Wow! That is crazy! And nerve-racking, too, I'm sure! My bio-dad's son (so my 1/2 brother) contacted me a couple years ago. That was kind of strange, but we text occasionally. My bio dad hasn't contacted me, though I'm not so sure I want him to. I have a lot of resentment towards him. But... that's a whole nother story!
Anyway, what I'm trying to say, is in a round about way, I can relate.
Does he live in AZ? Have you scheduled a time to meet? What did he say (did he apologize at all)?
