Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's Spam if they posted the exact same thing 3 times or on multiple boards.
It sounds more like a Vendor to me. It's hard to say without seeing the actual post.
Ditto. Only delete if it's been posted on multiple boards. You can ask Annie to check the email address to see if it's affiliated with a DJ/looks vendor-ish. Otherwise I'd leave it for now.
