totally uninspired for dinner tonight.
I just don't know what to do. I have some defrosted chicken breasts that I could do something with, but another night of chicken is just not appealing to me.
I could just take the easy way out and do annie's, but then I'm not really getting any protein and I know I need it. I could have a steamy bowl of beef stew (I love the chunky's soups one), but the heat just doesn't appeal to me at the moment and I really need a crunchy roll to go with that.
I suppose I just want a sandwich, but the stupid deli meat thing is a PITA. I try not to have it very often and I did have a turkey sandwich last night.
Dammit. How long winded am I? LOL, and regarding dinner. Priceless.
