As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Gym membership update
I talked to Clayton
and he said that it would be more wise for me to get re-certified
because then I can teach (and hence get a FREE membership) AND get
paid. Duh, why didn't I think of that.
So I got online to look at the Spin certs to see when the next one was. There is one in phoenix THIS weekend! EEEEEK can't wait til Clayton gets home from running to see if I should sign up for it.
The only problem is , is it's 9 hours so I'd have to pump while I was there a few times. But that's ok!
The LA fitness coordinator said I can do a tryout whenever I call her....
