DH got the job...
We're moving from San Diego to Eugene in a month! This is going to be a crazy month, I won't even have time to freak out.

Yay! I remember the excitement of moving here and living out the experience. Are you driving? It was a long drive for us from OC (14 hours).

We are moving to Cottage Grove. ?We are just renting for now, until we get to know the area and maybe buy in 6-12 months. ?We leave San Diego on 9/15...and drive with our 2 dogs. ?We're going to break it up into 2 days and visit the inlaws on the way. ?It's very exciting! ?What town do you live in?
I'm in Coburg north of Cottage Grove. People are super nice. Our neighbors actually came to our door and introduced themselves. The only friends we've made so far. If you are in the Eugene area and want to get together with us let me know.
