Re: Well, we already had a question for today, but...

  • Well, I think most of you know mine already, or at least some of it,

Tonight DH and I are going shopping for some supplies for Sunday. Then we will be roasting coffee for the rest of the night. Saturday will be more of the same, but there's a kimono event at the comic shop and we are supposed to stop go. Then Sunday is our Return to the Green event -- so excited! I'm hoping to find time to go see Alice in Wonderland too.

  • Our anniversary is today.  We're celebrating this weekend though.  We're going to the Biltmore House tomorrow morning in Asheville, and attending a red whine and chocolate seminar at 2:00 pm.  Then out to dinner, and then to my favorite piano bar, spending the night in Asheville, then going snow tubing in Hendersonville on our way home Sunday.

Ohhh sounds fun!! Dh and I went to the Biltmore for our honeymoon. My favorite wine was White Christmas, but I doubt that have that this time of year. Hope you have fun!

  • We're going to the mountains (Hendersonville, NC) for the annual church retreat.  It's going to be so nice and relaxing.  I can't wait to get there!

Sounds awesome! especially the snow tubing part.  DH is working Saturday and Sunday so I will be just home doing my usual weekend chores/child rearing.

Man you all must think I am soooo boring.  You guys always have such elaborate plans and I'm just like "Ho hum, nothing going on". ZZZZZZ

  • Happy anniversary Mrs. Z!

My co-worker is getting married tomorrow, so we'll be in Greenville for her wedding. I also have my first ever paid order for a cake, so I'll be finishing that tonight and delivering it tomorrow before the wedding. Then...no plans. We're boring.

You should go to Falls Park with Nicholas and enjoy the warm weekend. I love visiting there. Dh and I would be there all the time if it wasn't so far. And you could always take him to the Return to the Green Festival I talked about before. It has children activities, but as a warning, it's generally very crowded.

EDIT: Sorry, I don't want to sound like I'm forcing this event. I am just so excited about it...it's all I've talked about all week. Dh and I planned to go this year, even if we didn't get a booth, just because it was a nice, simple, fun event. Anyway, I don't want to come off the wrong way.

pARKING sucks on the weekend, I'd rather take him to the park during the week if I'm not working.  I'd love the go to the festival, but not sure how he'd do with a huge crowd.  Oh well.  We'll see.

  • That's true. Parking is hell. At least there are 2 fee garages/lots that aren't too far away but with events, they're jam packed too! Hope you havea fun weekend still.

    Happy Anniversary Mrsz!
