BR: Jack really was a surprise baby!
our only ultrasound at 20 weeks guessed him to be a GIRL!!! We went to an independent ultrasound/radiology office for that and they had recorded the gender guess in the report even though they were not suppose to. The MW office blacked it out for my file, but you could still kind of see it and the nurse showed it to me today and we got a good laugh since I had a sleepy little BOY in my sling 
Good thing we didn't find out I guess, poor guy would have had lots of pink stuff!
I did have 2 more ultrasound AFI checks done in office in the days leading up to his birth so I asked the MW if she had known, but she said he was so curled up with his legs crossed she couldn't tell but wasn't really looking.

Wow, how lucky you guys are that you didn't find out!!! That's CRAZY!

Oops! Lucky thing it didn't affect you one way or another.
Thankfully we're ready for either. If this happened to us, DH would freak. After all his work in the nursery, he'd be stressed to have done it all "wrong"!
