rec. a beginner's book please
Hello all - I'm hoping to start a garden this year. I live on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house above a little old Italian woman who used to grow her own tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini. My landlady, her daughter, told us that last year was the first year she didn't do it because no one was able to help her get it started. I want to ask if it's okay if I take it over this year (which I think it will be) but have absolutely zero experience with gardening. Any book or website recs to get started? Thanks!
